Printing document History lists Printing document History lists You can print a copy of the History list for offline viewing. You can print a complete or partial list of what is contained in History. To print a document History list: • Click the History link located on the Navigation Bar. Your History is displayed on a new tab, and by default the list of documents you have viewed recently is displayed.

• With the History list displayed on your screen, click the checkbox next to Select all on page. - Or - If you want to customize the list, click the checkboxes next to the individual items you want to print. • Click the Print menu and select Print selected as list (PDF) or Print selected as list (text).
The History list is displayed in a new browser window, and the list is formatted in either PDF file or text file format (depending on your previous selection). • If you selected Print selected as list (PDF), click the File menu and select Print (or click the Print button on the new browser window). - Or - If you selected Print selected as list (text), the 'Print' dialog box is automatically displayed. • On the 'Print' dialog box, set your print settings and click the Print button.
