I had tryed to push the additional functions then 2 and 8 then aditional functions and nothing and still have on a display massege 'download conected' if the USB cable is conected to the copier and 'download standby' when the USB cable is disconected from the copier! With the ir1022 series it's an easy process as the machine connects via the typical USB printer cable and the software consists of BOOT,SYSTEM and PCL.
