I can get it to scan one page but the scan arm will not return to the 'home' position, and I cannot continue scanning. The issue might with the incompatibility.
If this happened after making any changes to your PC, then try to undo those changes to see if it works again. Update the Scanner drivers through Device Manager manually and check if this helps. A) Open run command by pressing Windows key + R and type “ devmgmt.msc” (without quotes) and hit Enter. B) Spot and expand the “ Imaging devices”.
