I have the same problem and error message from windows update. If I try to install through the control panel, and select add a printer>my printer isnt listed>add through manual settings >select the hp port >windows update>hp>1320 driver. I am prompted by an 'driver did not install' window with no explanation. Windows can't install this driver for some reason and there's no explanation why. Someone please help!
